Darren Best

Since the blog began in December, Savoy Stewart has upped its game when it comes down to curating editorial content. Our aim is to write formal, informal, educational and slightly quirkier articles that appeal to our wide range of readers. In doing so, we are very pleased to announce that we have been nominated for the Best Small Commercial Agency Blog of the Year by the Property Division Industry Experts Awards 2016.

Property Division is based in the UK and specialises in digital content, focussing on updates, tips, advice and insight regarding residential and commercial property. Savoy Stewart specialises in commercial property; in particular D1 properties (now referred to as use class F1, as well as some elements of use class E - read more about the new use class changes here), medical property and office space (London). Property Division has recognised our efforts to achieve excellence in our field of expertise and the awards are there to applaud industry professionals and organisations that promote the industry as a whole. We pride ourselves on providing rich and unique content that is driven with research, innovation and accuracy. In turn our award for blog of the year mirrors our efforts to stand out against the crowd.

Public voting for the awards opens 1-4th April and winners will be announced 9am on April 15th. Agencies shortlisted will have a chance to win bronze, silver or gold awards for their respective categories. Furthermore, one to two weeks after the winners are announced, Property TV will invite gold winners to the Property Panorama’s studio for interview and the episode will be broadcasted on Property TV (Sky Channel 238) three times a day for seven days. The episode will also be broadcast on Property TV’s YouTube channel for further exposure.

If you have enjoyed reading our content over the last few months, we would love to hear from you. And better yet, please nominate us for Best Small Commercial Agency Blog of the Year when voting commences 1st April. Thank you!
