Richard qualified in 1995, and is an associate partner at Savoy Stewart. He is a Member of the RICS and specialises in lease renewal and rent review negotiations, on retail and office premises in London and the Home Counties.
Richard also represents parties at Arbitration and Independent Expert proceedings.
