Darren heads up our department that specialises in F1/D1 properties which are properties that can be used for Medical Education or Religious purposes. Darren has been involved in the Central London property market for 25 years, dealing with all aspects of commercial property sales and lettings.

Some of the recent transactions Darren has been involved with have been the acquisition of a school campus in the Docklands of 45,000 sq ft; a campus of 35,000 sq ft in the West End; and the acquisition of a freehold property opposite the Portland Hospital which is being converted into a medical clinic.

Darren specialises in advising all F1/D1 occupiers and has assisted many of them in their relocations for various different uses including:

Medical: Fertility Clinics, Dentistry, Osteopathic Clinics and General Practitioners.

Religious: Acquisition of churches across London for different religions.

Education: Advising nurseries, schools and universities on property relocations.
